However, it is a pity that after many times our sales contacted you to ask for troubleshooting videos, and sent steps to help after you said the nail drilling machine from us does not spray water. It is a normal processing step cause not sure problem came from the shipping damage, or the water spray pipe was loose, or burnt by mistake, but the client applied for the refund directly without troubleshooting videos and following our engineers' suggestion to solve, but lucky we won the case by Alibaba's coordination fairness.
